Pricing Policy

Go Live Web Solutions is committed to transparent and fair pricing. This policy outlines our billing practices, currency, and terms regarding price changes.

1. Currency & Taxes

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

2. Billing Cycles

We offer flexible billing cycles to meet your needs:

  • Monthly: Billed every 30 days.
  • Quarterly: Billed every 3 months (may include a discount).
  • Annually: Billed every 12 months (typically includes significant discounts).

Services are billed in advance. Invoices are generated 7-14 days prior to the due date.

3. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. However, we guarantee that:

  • Fixed Term Protection: Prices for prepaid terms (e.g., annual plans) are locked in for the duration of the prepaid period.
  • Notification: We will provide at least 30 days' notice via email before any price increase affects your recurring subscription.

4. Late Payments

Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee of up to 10% of the invoice amount. Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 3 days of the due date. Termination of services and data deletion may occur if payment is not received within 14 days of the due date.

5. Custom Enterprise Pricing

For enterprise clients requiring dedicated infrastructure, custom configurations, or high-volume services, we offer tailored pricing models. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote and Dedicated Service Agreement.
