No Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Go Live Web Solutions maintains a strict NO REFUND policy for all services.
Due to the nature of our services, which involve the provisioning of dedicated resources, software licenses, and significant infrastructure costs, all payments made to Go Live Web Solutions are final and non-refundable.
1. Scope of Policy
This No Refund Policy applies to all services, including but not limited to:
- Dedicated Servers
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
- Colocation Services
- Web & Mobile Development Services
- SSL Certificates and Domain Registrations
- Setup Fees and Administrative Fees
2. Cancellations & Service Management
You may cancel your service at any time. Cancellation requests can be managed through:
- Client Portal: Submit cancellation requests through your secure client portal (where available).
- Email Support: Send cancellation requests to [email protected]
- Phone Support: Contact our support team directly for immediate assistance.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current paid period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the billing cycle.
Note: Some enterprise clients operate with minimal or no client portal access. In such cases, all service management, modifications, and cancellations are handled exclusively through email correspondence at [email protected] or via dedicated phone support channels.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Credits
In the event of a confirmed service outage that violates our Service Level Agreement (SLA), you may be eligible for service credits. These credits are applied to future invoices and are not exchangeable for cash refunds. Please refer to your specific SLA for details on credit eligibility and calculation.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuer or payment provider will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and all associated services. We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to credit reporting agencies and legal authorities.
5. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of Go Live Web Solutions management and must be agreed upon in writing.
